Web Developer

Outcomes4Me is a small business specializing in acquisition, financial, and program management, and they are seeking a Mid-Level Web Developer to support the GSA Assisted Acquisition Services. The role involves collaborating with data and engineering teams to lead UI/UX initiatives and develop internal applications, ensuring high-quality code and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance front-end interfaces and web applications across the AAS portfolio of internal tools, dashboards, and automation solutions
• Lead UI/UX design and improvement work across the portfolio, including interface refinement, usability iteration, and consistency with portfolio-wide design standards
• Implement and uphold accessibility (Section 508) and secure coding practices, including version control, proper PII handling, environment variable management, and meaningful logging
• Debug production issues with urgency and discipline, balancing immediate user impact with long-term root-cause analysis
• Contribute to version-controlled workflows, participate in peer code reviews, follow structured deployment practices, and maintain comprehensive user and developer documentation
• Communicate with contract and portfolio technical leadership on cross-contract deployments to ensure design and delivery decisions align with portfolio standards
