Sales Manager Next Generation Products - Nicotine Pouches (m/f/d)

Arethia is an internationally oriented company specializing in the development and production of flavors for customers in the chemical, tobacco, and next-generation products industries. The Sales Manager will drive business growth across Europe by acquiring customers, managing strategic accounts, coordinating customer projects, monitoring markets, and supporting the expansion of the flavor product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new customers as well as Key Account and Relationship Management of existing customers in the various product segments with a focus on tobacco product manufacturers in Europe and manufacturers of Next Generation Products
• Technical support and data maintenance of own customer base in cooperation with the various departments as well as coordination of customer projects
• Continuous market and competitor monitoring to identify trends and sales potentials
• Coordination of the targeted expansion of the flavour product portfolio within the departments of Development and Sales
• Participation in internal and external sensory test panels for the assessment of in-house developments and market products
• Organization and participation in trade fairs and international business trips
• Support of the sales team and management through analyses and evaluations

Requirements:

• Studies with an economic/business administration or chemical/technological background
• Knowledge of the flavor or tobacco industry
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, additional language skills are an advantage
• Ability to sensorially assess flavors and market products
• Strong acquisition skills, negotiation talent combined with closing and sales strength
• Persuasiveness, communication skills, self-confidence, and ambition
• High level of reliability, commitment, teamwork, and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Structured, analytical as well as process- and customer-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel
• Very good MS Office skills, and experienced in CRM and ERP systems
