Quest Diagnostics is a leading provider of diagnostic testing, information, and services that help patients and physicians make informed healthcare decisions. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Health Systems Marketing to support commercial growth initiatives through well-coordinated B2B marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Own new account acquisition outcomes across target health system accounts, partnering with sales reps as a peer in commercial strategy
- Set the agenda for account-based marketing strategy, driving adoption of marketing programs, and ensuring tight alignment between marketing activity and sales priorities
- Develop and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies, including account selection, stakeholder mapping, messaging, and multi-channel activation across Demandbase, Eloqua, and LinkedIn
- Navigate complex health system buying groups — including clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders — with tailored messaging and coordinated outreach
- Drive innovation in and beyond the ABM program, bringing new ideas on how to approach, engage, and win health system accounts
- Make prioritization and investment decisions based on pipeline impact and account-level business value
- Continuously optimize programs based on engagement data, pipeline progression, and direct sales feedback
- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, including campaign work outside the ABM program, ensuring health system market perspective is represented across efforts
- Contribute to voice of customer research, bringing field and account insights into customer understanding that informs messaging, positioning, and program development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant focus on ABM or enterprise marketing
- Deep familiarity with health system buying dynamics, including IDN structures and clinical/administrative stakeholder navigation
- Proficiency with ABM and marketing automation platforms (Demandbase, Eloqua, LinkedIn)
- Track record of leading cross-functional relationships, particularly with sales, at a peer level
- Master's degree preferred
