Project Manager Infrastructure

Dice is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a multi-year infrastructure modernization initiative. The role involves cloud migration, data center consolidation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the application rationalization and gradual move of their applications to the cloud
• Partner with infrastructure, application, security, and business stakeholders to establish migration criteria
• Evaluate application readiness for cloud adoption
• Oversee the migration of on-premises workloads to cloud-based environments
• Supporting the organization's strategy to exit one of its data centers
• Coordinating implementation activities with external service integrators such as AHEAD, Optum, or similar partners

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience assessing application portfolios and developing migration strategies
• Strong understanding of data center operations
• Strong understanding of servers and virtualization
• Strong understanding of networking
• Strong understanding of storage
• Strong understanding of identity and access management
• Strong understanding of security and disaster recovery
• Experience managing third-party service providers and system integrators
