IT Project Manager

LanceSoft, Inc. is a leading staffing firm in the US, and they are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives. The role involves partnering with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering and business teams
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and other business stakeholders
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
• Drive alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery
• Facilitate program governance, including executive status reporting and stakeholder communications
• Identify and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to establish roadmaps, delivery strategies, and implementation plans
• Track program health, delivery metrics, and key milestones
• Promote program management best practices and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical teams and executive leadership
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile program management tools
• Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech), Loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or digital product initiatives
• Retail or consumer-facing technology experience
• Experience working within large enterprise organizations
• Experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple systems and cross-functional teams
