Project Manager

Mphasis is a company that applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally. They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to lead and manage projects effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project execution, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Must have worked as project manager for at least 6 or more years
• Must have telecom domain experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
• Familiarity with other project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall)
• Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP)
