Business/Data Analyst

Comtech LLC supports the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) in implementing a Representative Payee System. The role involves becoming a key project team member responsible for mastering the cloud-based platform and fiscal unit business processes, data population, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing. The candidate will report to a fiscal unit supervisor and have a dotted line to the project manager.

Responsibilities:

• Learning the selected cloud based platform functions to a superuser level, along with the basic business processes of the fiscal unit that is specific to the cloud solution that will be implemented as part of the project
• Participate in the project with tasks such as populating data in the system and performing reconciliation of records from the legacy system to the cloud-based solution
• Conduct extensive tests and track results during UAT
• Perform other general project tasks assigned to the resource as a project team member according to DDDS fiscal unit needs specific to the project

Requirements:

• General accounting background
• Proficient in basic fiscal software
• Testing (UAT)
