Business Intelligence Analyst

Aroha Technologies, Inc is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong healthcare analytics experience. The ideal candidate will develop dashboards and reports to improve patient outcomes and operational performance, collaborating with stakeholders to support enterprise reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to build intuitive analytics
• Support enterprise reporting initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of Business Intelligence/Data Analytics experience
• Strong SQL experience
• Healthcare analytics experience
• Experience developing reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Ability to work with business users and leadership to gather reporting requirements
• Healthcare analytics background
• Strong SQL skills
• Willing to obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire (if not already certified)
• Able to work remotely during East Coast business hours
• Must pass background check, urinalysis (no THC testing), titer test, and meet COVID/Flu vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

• Epic Radar
• QlikView
• SAP Business Objects
• Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI)
• Epic Billing Data Model or EpicCare Data Model experience/certification (Certification required within 6 months of hire if not already certified)
