2027 Data Engineering & Analytics Program

RRS Group & Co is a real estate development firm that offers comprehensive enterprise solutions. They are seeking a Data Engineering & Analytics Intern to collaborate with experts to address business challenges, transform data into insights, and document processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes)
• Work with SQL to extract, clean, and transform large datasets
• Support Python-based data processing, automation, and reporting tasks
• Contribute to dashboard development and data visualization efforts
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for data improvements
• Document workflows, datasets, and technical processes

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in: Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum GPA: 3.0 or higher (required)
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and Python
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Curiosity-driven mindset with ability to identify and frame problems
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Understanding of basic statistics or data modeling concepts
• Experience using Git or version control systems
