Associate Project Manager

UST is a mission-driven group of practical problem solvers and creative thinkers seeking an Associate Project Manager for full-time employment. The role involves managing project plans, analyzing technology, and supervising software developers to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and analyze technology and tools
• Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system
• Manage cost, time schedules and standards with well-defined milestones
• Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outline system capabilities and processes based on user or internal system design specifications
• Manage allocation, utilization and help software Developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output
• Own and manage the project plan and project modules; proactive issues resolution
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team
• Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing
• This position will supervise 5 Software Developers and Associate Software Developers
• Will perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field
• Two (2) Years of Experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation
• Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor's degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer
• May telecommute from any location in the U.S
