AI/ML Engineer (Intern/CO-OP)

Northeading Technologies is a company focused on integrating intelligence into their hiring platform. They are seeking an AI/ML Engineer Intern to collaborate with the founding team in creating usable AI systems that enhance the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support
• Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring-specific applications
• Experiment with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows
• Integrate AI modules into platform processes alongside product and engineering teams
• Conduct internal A/B tests and evaluate AI features
