Senior Data Engineer / Analyst (Remote – US)

The Senior Data Engineer / Analyst will design and maintain data pipelines, collaborate with teams to define data requirements, and utilize Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to support analytical and operational needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis, ensuring high-quality data processing
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Tableau, and Amplitude to communicate insights effectively
• Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reliability
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement solutions to enhance data integrity
• Provide support and mentorship to junior data team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis roles
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
• Experience working in a B2B enterprise environment
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices
