Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
14+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
Experience designing enterprise Power Platform architecture and governance.
Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Platform administration, and ALM.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Custom Connectors, SOAP, and Azure Integration Services.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration and automation.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development.
Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, reporting, and database optimization.
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), authentication, RBAC, and security best practices.
