Job Description:
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
- Financial business partner to Customer Service and Operational Service Operational Units.
- Activities may include monthly performance vs. plan analysis, financial modeling of new projects/hiring plans, supporting financial aspects of GRC testimony development, ad hoc data analysis.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Financial analysis using tools such as excel and Power BI as well as presentation to senior levels of management in PowerPoint slides.
- Ability to present financial information to management and non-financial audiences and previous experience presenting analysis in senior business settings, such as major accounting firms, fortune 500 companies or equivalent.
- BA in finance or business-related topic, or equivalent.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5
Desired Skills/Attributes:
- Experience with regulated utility accounting and financial issues.
- Experience in business partnering roles providing financial guidance to business units and experience guiding business outcomes with business partners.
