Job Title: Full Stack Software Developer (.NET + React + AI-Enabled SDLC)

Location: Summit, NJ / New York City, NY (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Must Have Skills

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET and React, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery. The ideal candidate will have practical experience leveraging AI across the SDLC, including coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET and React.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar for software development activities.
• Apply AI-driven practices across various SDLC phases to improve development efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.
• Support rapid prototyping, iterative development, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in NJ/NYC three days per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven SDLC frameworks (BMAD or similar).
• Exposure to prompt-driven development and automated code generation workflows.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience contributing to enterprise engineering frameworks or developer platforms.
