Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong experience in Python, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, BigQuery, AI/LLM systems, and Production Support. The ideal candidate will support enterprise AI applications in a production environment while ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and support AI/LLM production applications.
• Develop Python-based AI solutions.
• Implement Prompt Engineering and RAG architecture.
• Monitor model behavior and drift.
• Build and consume secure REST APIs.
• Write optimized BigQuery SQL queries.
• Manage Google Cloud Platform resources and cloud services.
• Deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Support Kafka and Flink streaming environments.
• Manage GitOps deployments using Helm and ArgoCD.
• Troubleshoot production issues using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Handle ServiceNow incidents.
• Support Salesforce MP360 integrations.
• Participate in Agile development activities.
