Product UI/UX Designer

PerformYard is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on enhancing employee performance management. The Product UI/UX Designer will collaborate with other designers and product managers to create user-friendly designs that drive product adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and help drive the user experience for the PerformYard SaaS products
• Collaborate directly with product managers to translate our product roadmap and product requirements into simple and clean user experiences and designs
• Collaborate with engineers in agile scrum teams to drive design concepts forward through implementation, including developing wireframes and UI Prototypes when necessary and annotated design specs using Figma, including CSS specifications
• Enhance and help maintain the PerformYard UI design system

Requirements:

• Portfolio of past product design work that demonstrates your skills in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
• 3+ years of professional UI design and UX experience on a commercial browser-based SaaS product
• 1+ years of Figma Design Experience
• Experience designing and working on component-driven user interfaces and leveraging atomic design
• Experience working in an agile/scrum-based development process and with other UI/UX designers
• Bachelor's degree in human factors, UX, or UI design
• Experience maintaining and evolving a design system and UI component library
• UI/UX Design experience with HRIS, Employee Management, or other business-oriented (B2B) applications
• Prior hands-on web application development experience (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, HTML, React)
• Experience designing for Accessibility (WCAG 2.x AA/AAA.)
