About this role
True Rx Health Strategists is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Director of Product Management to lead their product vision and lifecycle from ideation through launch. This role will own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap
- Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end
- Implement and lead a stage gate process
- Partner cross-functionally across the organization
- Bring market and competitive insights to the forefront
- Drive informed decision-making at the leadership level
- Ensure focus on high-impact work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product, marketing, or operational roles, including leadership experience
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Experience building business cases and partnering with finance on ROI analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Proven ability to lead through change and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (including AI) and how they can drive efficiency and innovation
