Business Analyst with Veeva CRM / Salesforce

Dice is seeking a Business Analyst to support its Next Generation CRM implementation and transformation initiative. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to gather and validate business requirements, with a focus on CRM transformation in the Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple functional teams
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases
• Conduct gap analysis between existing CRM processes and future-state business requirements
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirements
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify process improvement opportunities
• Create business process maps, workflow diagrams, and future-state operating models
• Partner with business teams to optimize customer engagement and CRM usage
• Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into CRM capabilities
• Drive resolution of requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate successful completion of UAT cycles and stakeholder signoffs

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise programs; Experience working on CRM implementation or CRM transformation projects
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation; Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
• Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams; Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Domain experience - Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech / Commercial Operations; Understanding of Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, or Market Access business processes; Familiarity with HCP/HCO engagement models and CRM-driven customer interactions
• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Veeva CRM / Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud; Salesforce Platform; CRM Migration & Transformation Programs
• Agile / Scrum Methodology; Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence; Reporting & Analytics Platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
• Data Integration & API Concepts; Commercial, Medical, and Market Access Business Processes
• Veeva CRM implementation; Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud; Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical, and Market Access functions
• Experience with Data Migration and Master Data Management (MDM); Power BI or Tableau reporting experience
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments; Change Management and Training experience
• SAFe Agile certification; Exposure to AI-enabled CRM capabilities, Next Best Action, and Customer 360 initiatives
