Customer Service Specialist

BeMobile, Inc is a company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and they are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their Call Center team. In this fully remote role, you will support retail stores by driving customer outreach, generating traffic, and providing top-tier service while building meaningful connections with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries, objections, and complaints across multiple communication channels. Provide solutions, escalate issues when necessary, and build trust through positive, professional interactions
• Initiate calls to prospects and existing customers, present products or services, highlight features and benefits, and close sales. Stay organized with follow-ups to maximize conversions and exceed monthly targets
• Generate and maintain leads from campaigns, track interactions, and update all information accurately in communication platforms to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
• Communicate effectively with your team and support retail locations to meet targets. Share insights, trends, and feedback to improve the customer experience across the organization
• Go above and beyond in every interaction, overdelivering on issue resolution, following up proactively, and finding ways to make customers’ lives easier while supporting sales goals

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Retail or Wireless experience or relevant experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task
• Must be comfortable on the phone, doing customer outreach, and providing customer service support
• Must have a reputation for exceeding expectations without constant oversight
• 1-2 years of call center or customer outreach experience preferred
