Healthcare IT Project Manager

Techgene Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives in the healthcare technology sector. The role involves bridging business objectives and technical execution while managing project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and software development projects from planning through implementation
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans and coordinate execution across technical teams
• Proactively identify project risks, blockers, resource constraints, and dependencies before they impact delivery
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, milestones, action items, and executive-level status reporting
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, stakeholder meetings, and project governance
• Manage changing requirements while maintaining alignment around priorities, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Coordinate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate controls and requirements are incorporated into project delivery
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into project health, risks, progress, decisions, and business impact
• Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams and drive accountability without creating unnecessary process overhead
• Focus on business value, platform reliability, customer experience, and long-term scalability—not simply project completion

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within SaaS, GTM, healthcare technology, or other complex technology environments
• Strong experience managing software development, application integration, cloud, data, or platform modernization projects
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs
• Experience working directly with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Security, Infrastructure/Cloud, and business stakeholders
• Strong risk management, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to business stakeholders and business priorities effectively to technical teams
• Strong organizational and executive communication skills
• Experience within healthcare, SaaS environments
• Exposure healthcare security, privacy, compliance, and data management requirements
• Experience managing API/integration, cloud migration, platform modernization, or data-driven initiatives
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is preferred but not mandatory
