Head of Commercial Partnerships

Cracken is an applied AI lab building the world’s first full kill chain proactive cyber platform. As Head of Commercial Partnerships, you will own the strategy and execution of Cracken's partner ecosystem, focusing on establishing and scaling strategic partnerships to drive new markets and revenue channels.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own Cracken's global partnership strategy across enterprise, security services, and technology segments
• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that open new markets and revenue channels
• Build and manage the channel and co-delivery program: resellers, MSSPs, security consultancies, and systems integrators
• Develop relationships with enterprise buyers, cyber insurance carriers, and institutional commercial partners across global markets
• Structure technology alliances with platform and infrastructure partners where integration creates joint value
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue with clear attribution and accountability
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, legal, and operations to make partnerships deliverable, not just signed
• Manage key partner relationships personally at the executive level
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing partnerships team as the function scales
• Represent Cracken at industry events, briefings, and partner forum
