Customer Communications Management (CCM) Lead / Senior Designer

Diverse Lynx is looking for an experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Lead / Senior Designer with strong hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise customer communication solutions across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire
• Design and develop complex document templates, correspondence, statements, notices, letters, and other customer-facing communications
• Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solution designs
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, components, content blocks, business rules, and communication workflows
• Work with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Automation, and related components , depending on the implementation
• Design communications for multiple channels, including print, PDF, email, web, and digital delivery
• Integrate Quadient solutions with upstream and downstream enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and document-management platforms
• Define data mappings, transformation logic, business rules, and document-generation workflows
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, coding standards, and best practices for the CCM development team
• Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, production issues, and root-cause analysis
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide recommendations for CCM modernization and platform enhancements
• Work with business stakeholders to understand communication requirements, regulatory needs, branding standards, and personalization requirements
• Coordinate with QA teams for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Support deployment, release management, and migration of Quadient applications across environments
• Mentor junior developers/designers and provide technical guidance to project teams
• Prepare technical design documents, solution specifications, implementation guidelines, and operational documentation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in Customer Communications Management
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or comparable enterprise CCM platforms
• Strong experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and document composition
• Experience designing complex transactional and customer correspondence solutions
• Strong understanding of dynamic document generation
• Strong understanding of conditional content
• Strong understanding of personalization
• Strong understanding of reusable content/components
• Strong understanding of business rules
• Strong understanding of data transformation and mapping
• Strong understanding of batch and on-demand document generation
• Experience with XML, JSON, CSV, databases, APIs, and other structured data formats
• Experience integrating CCM platforms with enterprise applications
• Understanding of print streams and document/output formats such as PDF, AFP, PostScript, or similar formats
• Experience with enterprise deployment, version control, release management, and production support
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-analysis skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance financial services
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Equivalent experience in system analysis and architecture design may be considered
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
