Senior IT Application Analyst (Business Analyst / Product Analyst)

HCL Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Application Analyst to support Mayo Clinic in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analysis and Agile Scrum experience, working closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather business requirements and support successful Agile delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and management to gather business requirements
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Perform story mapping and backlog refinement activities
• Support Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Review and validate test cases based on business requirements
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Manage project scope, change requests, and requirement traceability
• Coordinate multiple projects while prioritizing competing business needs
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and acceptance criteria
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement
