Account Executive - Sales & BD

MirrorMire is an AI-native cybersecurity company transforming how organizations detect, deceive, and defend against sophisticated cyber threats. They are seeking a highly accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to define sales strategy, build executive relationships, and drive enterprise customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process - from identifying target accounts and generating opportunities to negotiate contracts and closing early customer engagements
• Develop and execute a founder-led go-to-market strategy to identify and engage prospective enterprise customers
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and executive decision-makers to validate market needs and establish early customer partnerships
• Prospect through personal networks, industry events, strategic outreach, and referrals to build a qualified pipeline from the ground up
• Partner closely with the founders to refine messaging, pricing, sales collateral, and overall go-to-market strategy based on customer feedback
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and pilot engagements, while influencing the product roadmap
• Gather customer and market insights to help shape product-market fit and prioritize new capabilities
• Represent MirrorMire at cybersecurity conferences, executive briefings, industry events, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and strategic relationships
• Establish repeatable sales processes, CRM discipline, forecasting practices, and best-in-class sales playbooks as the company scales

Requirements:

• 15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or related enterprise technology
• Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise software solutions with multi-million-dollar revenue responsibility
• Experience engaging executive buyers, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior security leaders
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity challenges and modern security architectures
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
• Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
