Mid Market Customer Onboarding Manager

Traild is a high-growth SaaS company redefining how finance teams operate, combining AI, automation, and payments infrastructure to power the future of B2B finance. They are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead SaaS implementations for their growing mid-market client base, owning the end-to-end implementations and driving outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mid-market SaaS implementations across multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations
• Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through to successful adoption, ensuring customers achieve measurable value
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and project sponsors across your client portfolio
• Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting throughout implementation and beyond
• Partner with Product and Engineering to feed client insights back into the product roadmap and resolve technical challenges
• Drive momentum across your implementations, keeping projects on track and proactively resolving blockers

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading mid-market SaaS implementations across multiple stakeholder environments
• Strong project management skills owning scoping, timelines, risk management and driving outcomes independently
• Solid technical aptitude comfortable working across integrations, workflows, and directly with Engineering and Product teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations across a variety of client contacts
• A hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in fast-moving environments
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a big plus
• Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus
