Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states depending on client/armed posts).
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Possess a valid state-issued Security Guard license/guard card (where applicable).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred) and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice.
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must have a working smartphone for scheduling, communication, and reporting purposes.
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience.
CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
Customer service experience in high-visibility or client-facing roles.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Adapt quickly to different sites, post orders, and client requirements.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including incident reporting.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment.
