HealthCare Customer Service Representative - UMA

TTEC is a company focused on creating exceptional customer experiences. As a HealthCare Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by answering their inquiries and resolving their issues with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
• Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
