Sales Development Representative

SM Talent Inc. is an established agency looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to join their team at a pivotal stage of growth. The role involves driving outbound prospecting, managing sales activities, and progressing towards an Account Executive position.

Responsibilities:

• Drive outbound prospecting and email follow-up to set qualified appointments for the Owner
• Manage all sales activity, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Zoho)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across time zones, working independently to hit monthly targets
• Progress toward running point on the sales process and closing deals as skills develop

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience within web design, web development, SEO, or marketing services - comfortable with industry terminology (SEO, CRO, etc.)
• Proven track record in outbound sales, ideally within an ecommerce-focused environment
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a full client list independently
• Open to candidates at a more senior level for the right fit
