D2C Growth Marketer (Partner Track)

REVO is a fast-growing, multi-8-figure health tech brand specializing in health, beauty, and wellness products. They are seeking a Growth Marketer to drive performance creative and optimize the full customer journey, collaborating closely with the founder and a small team.

Responsibilities:

• Concept, brief, and iterate on ad creative across Meta, TikTok, and beyond
• You close the loop between every step, find the leaks, and fix them
• Creative performance informs funnel changes; funnel data informs creative
• You bring ideas, run them fast, and kill or scale based on data

Requirements:

• 3+ years in DTC growth or performance marketing with results you can point to (winning ads, funnel lifts, revenue you moved)
• Fluent in both sides of the job: creative instinct and spreadsheet discipline (ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV are second nature)
• Hands-on with Meta Ads at minimum
• An operator's mentality - you ship fast, own outcomes, and don't wait to be told what to do
• TikTok, landing page CRO, and email/retention experience are strong pluses
