VP Creative Technology & Innovation

Publicis Groupe ANZ is a creative consultancy that emphasizes creativity in strategic consulting, design, and advertising. The VP Creative Technology & Innovation will lead the transformation of creative production, drive new revenue streams through AI and technology, and collaborate across teams to integrate innovative practices into the creative process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative led Production Transformation
• Identify and pilot AI tools across ideation, design, motion, editing, versioning, and localization
• Redesign workflows to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and future-proof delivery
• Drive New Revenue Streams
• Partner with leadership to develop new production offerings enabled by AI, automation, and modular content
• Translate emerging technologies into client-ready capabilities and pricing models
• Support business development by clearly articulating modern production value
• Technical & AI Fluency
• Maintain hands-on understanding of AI and creative technology tools relevant to creativity (e.g. generative design, motion, copy, asset management, workflow automation)
• Act as a bridge between creative ambition and technical execution
• Establish best practices, governance, and ethical use of AI
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, media, and account teams to integrate modern thinking early
• Work closely with our sister agency ThePub to ensure unified platforms and scaled learnings
• Educate internal teams and clients on what’s possible, and what’s next
• Help shape long-term vision and operating models
• Oversee multi-disciplinary team, empowering direct reports to manage day-to-day streams
