Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to develop scalable applications, collaborate on product features, and lead architectural discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build new products and features from concept to launch
• Optimize application performance and scalability by balancing frontend and backend tradeoffs
• Lead architectural discussions to design modular and maintainable systems
• Drive initiatives beyond assigned tasks, contributing to the overall product vision and strategy
• Measure and demonstrate the impact of your work on revenue growth and customer retention
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate team standards through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development, with strong expertise in TypeScript
• Proven experience with React, Next.js, and Vue, demonstrating the ability to scale production applications
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and MongoDB, capable of designing scalable systems
• A track record of building new products or features from the ground up, showcasing measurable commercial impact
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments
• Experience working in early-stage startups or scale-ups, rather than solely in large tech companies
• Familiarity with AWS and other cloud services to enhance application deployment and management
• A proactive mindset, eager to take ownership of projects and drive innovative solutions
