Rate : $48/hr on W2
· Looking for a Java Application Support Engineer in supporting enterprise Java applications, incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of production systems.
· Must Have Skills
Expertise in supporting and maintaining enterprise Java applications.
· Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Micro services, SQL databases, Linux/Unix environments, and application servers.
· Skilled in analyzing production issues, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), performance monitoring, deployment support, and release management.
· Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, Service Now, Jira, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
· Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve critical production incidents, ensure application availability, meet SLA requirements, and provide business continuity support in 24x7 environments.
· Good understanding of ITIL processes, change management, problem management, and production support best practices.
