Product Manager – Replenishment & Forecasting

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Replenishment & Forecasting with 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Product Management and Inventory Planning. The ideal candidate will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise forecasting and replenishment solutions, working closely with business and technology teams to optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance product availability.

• AI/ML-driven Forecasting (Preferred)

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in Supply Chain or Retail.
• Hands-on experience with RELEX, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Oracle Retail, or Manhattan Supply Chain Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Safety Stock, and Supply Planning.
• Experience integrating planning platforms with ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Retail, Distribution, or eCommerce.
• Knowledge of Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R).
• Experience with AI/ML-based forecasting and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
