Talent Acquisition Business Partner | Part Time (3 days) | 12-Month Max Term

You’ll be part of a values-led, supportive culture within a collaborative and purpose-driven People & Safety team, gaining exposure across multiple business units and recruitment disciplines while making an immediate impact and expanding your professional network. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to offer, across retail, distribution, and contact centre roles.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience and ensure best-practice recruitment standards are consistently applied.
• Actively support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 

About You

• A natural relationship-builder with strong recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• Confident managing high-volume recruitment and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Solutions-focused, resilient, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and highly capable with Microsoft Office; experience with HumanForce (formerly LiveHire) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a seamless, professional candidate journey.
• A collaborative team player who brings energy, ideas, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Bonus Points

• Certificate IV or higher in HR or Business Administration.
• Experience recruiting within Retail, Supply Chain, or Contact Centre environments.
