• Shape Our Future Talent: Play an important role in attracting and hiring the next generation of talent as Recruiter through end-to-end recruitment activities, internship programs, and early careers initiatives.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Source and engage talent through career portals, university partnerships, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels to maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment insights, and manage interview coordination.
• Create Exceptional Employee Experiences: Support candidates and new hires throughout their journey, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement initiatives. 
• Manage Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, leverage digital tools to improve efficiency, and support continuous process improvements.
• Employer Branding: Represent Siemens Mobility as an Employer of Choice and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Talent Acquisition Experience: Candidates with 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational environment, will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates with Talent Acquisition internship experience are encouraged to apply. 
• Digital & Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint), with strong attention to detail and the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and process improvements.
• Proactive & Growth-Oriented: A self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Contract Type: 12 months contract (extendable depending on project requirements)
