TikTok Sales Intern (GBS Japan Client Solutions Performance CSM) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in from July 2026 onwards. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Responsibilities
1. Be an integral part of the sales team to support driving sales activities that help the team deepen partnerships and grow revenue with the largest brands in the Japan market
2. Support activities across the sales lifecycle, including but not limited to, research, analytics, presentation preparation
3. Coordinate internal projects and action items to support successful execution of projects
4. Take ownership of one or more project(s)
5. Provide ad-hoc support for coordinating meetings, taking notes, preparing reports etc

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent Japanese and English are required for internal and external communication
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Growth mindset, keen to learn, develop, grow and take on challenging projects
- Must be able to work in the Tokyo office 3 days a week (remote work not allowed).
- Can commit to an internship of 6 months or longer (must remain enrolled at the university during the internship period).
- This is a pre-employment internship, so applicants should not have a confirmed job offer after graduation.
