Software Engineer

A4Assist is partnering with an innovative AI-driven quantitative trading firm that is redefining algorithmic trading. They are seeking a Software Engineer to design and build ultra-low latency trading systems, develop high-performance infrastructure, and collaborate on ML-driven trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build ultra-low latency systems in C++ and/or Rust
• Develop high-performance market data, order management, execution, and risk systems
• Work with kernel bypass networking, lock-free data structures, custom allocators, and co-located infrastructure
• Collaborate with researchers to bring ML-driven trading strategies into production
• Help shape the architecture of a next-generation trading platform

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Modern C++
• Hands-on experience building HFT or low-latency trading infrastructure
• Experience with production trading systems, market data, or execution platforms
• Passion for performance optimization and systems programming
