Senior Product Designer

Fetch is a company focused on creating a delightful shopping experience through their app. They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts and collaborate with teams to enhance user experience and drive product development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts which measurably improve people’s lives
• Work within a focused, balanced team
• Develop strong working relationships with the Product and Engineering leads within your team
• Lead design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers
• Influence & make decisions within your team
• Develop strong working relationships outside of your team with key stakeholders and other cross-functional teams
• Explore the unknowns what opportunities are untouched?
• Launch multiple features into production with iterations on the work in motion

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app design experience or enterprise web application experience required
• Experience building growth- and retention-focused products (ideally reward-centric products)
• Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie
• Experience with animation (ideally Rive)
• A tendency to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment
