Learning Solutions Project Manager

Randstad Digital Americas is looking for a Learning Solutions Project Manager to join their team. The role involves supporting Learning Consultants and Project Leads in project management tasks, coordinating delivery of learning solutions, and ensuring alignment with client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support Learning Consultants and Project Leads in gathering and documenting project requirements to ensure alignment with client needs
• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans by tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
• Coordinate the delivery of learning solutions across modalities including live, virtual, and digital formats under guidance from senior team members
• Contribute to learner communication efforts by preparing and distributing learner materials, learning announcements, reminders, calendar blocks, and support information
• Provide logistical support for live and virtual sessions, including technology setup, event scheduling and registration, meeting room reservations, catering requests, acquisition of training materials, and coordination with vendors or internal teams
• Identify training target audience, create training event and sessions in learning management systems, manage registration process, collect attendance records, and process CPE / learning completion credits timely
• Monitor and track project progress, reporting updates, and potential issues to Project Leads in a timely manner
• Meet deadlines and take ownership of assigned deliverables, ensuring quality through thorough self-review and incorporating feedback from senior team members
• Participate in review cycles by collecting feedback from stakeholders and learners and helping communicate revisions to appropriate team members

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience
• Experienced level
