Marketing & Content Manager

Conrad Siegel is seeking a creative and independent Marketing & Content Manager to support and grow their marketing efforts. The role involves creating and managing content across various platforms, planning marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance communication initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage marketing content across social media, email campaigns, website, video, podcasts, and other digital platforms
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and communication initiatives
• Write and edit content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with the Conrad Siegel brand
• Coordinate and manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Collaborate with advisors, consultants, and internal teams to uncover stories and develop marketing materials
• Manage the compliance review process for marketing and content initiatives
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support business development and firm-wide communication efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related role
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and strong organizational skills
• Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content creation
• Experience in SEO, preferred
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, video editing, photography, or AI tools, preferred
• Experience in financial services or other professional services, preferred
