Regional Sales Engineer - Machine Tools & Accessories

Lyndex-Nikken is a global organization that manufactures and supplies precision toolholders and accessories for machining. The company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Engineer to drive sales of high-quality metalworking solutions, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to manage client relationships independently.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors in the metalworking and CNC industries
• Sell advanced tooling, workholding, and lathe solutions to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies and product promotions
• Provide technical guidance to customers and prospects
• Travel within your assigned region to meet with clients and prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and support
• Manage your schedule independently to meet sales goals and customer needs

Requirements:

• Strong technical background with expertise in metalworking or CNC products
• Self-motivated individual who excels in managing client relationships and sales activities independently
• Experience in outside sales
• Ability to travel 25%-50% to meet clients and distributors
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors in the metalworking and CNC industries
• Ability to sell advanced tooling, workholding, and lathe solutions to clients
• Experience collaborating with internal teams to implement sales strategies and product promotions
• Ability to provide technical guidance to customers and prospects
