Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (C2C is not Possible)

Info Services is seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as a bridge between business operations and technical IT teams. The role involves analyzing core business processes, identifying functional gaps, and ensuring the Salesforce platform remains secure and efficient through hands-on system administration and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to map end-to-end business processes, perform gap analyses, and identify opportunities for optimization
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive continuous change management to maximize platform adoption
• Manage user lifecycle operations, including adding, updating, disabling, and removing standard user and system administrator accounts
• Grant, modify, or revoke administrator access roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, strictly adhering to the principle of least privilege
• Generate, review, and delete application event logs, security audit trails, and system usage logs to maintain compliance and system health
• Monitor login history, monitor security health checks, and enforce organization-wide security protocols
• Evaluate, install, update, disable, or remove third-party applications, managed packages, and integrated software plugins
• Configure custom fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and reports to enhance functionality
• Schedule and execute routine data/metadata system backups; manage disaster recovery procedures and data restoration processes as required
• Maintain data integrity across objects through regular cleanup and deduplication routines
• Coordinate, test, and execute the deployment of code and metadata from Sandbox environments to Production using DevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset, or Change Sets)
• Maintain sandbox environments, ensuring proper refresh cycles and testing protocols prior to release

Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
• Strong capability in current-state vs. future-state gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow design
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, security architecture, release management, and data backup protocols
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders and leadership
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Highly Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Plus)
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Plus)
