Customer Service Specialist

Triglide Travel is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join their team as Remote Travel Coordinators. This role involves assisting clients with personalized travel planning and coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and transportation options
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel protection
• Create customized travel itineraries and provide clients with detailed travel information
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure reservations are completed correctly
• Stay current on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
• Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service
• Participate in ongoing training, supplier webinars, and team development opportunities

• No prior travel industry experience required; we provide training
• Customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required
