Machine Learning Engineer

DashLabs LLC is an innovative EdTech firm dedicated to providing groundbreaking solutions to government, NGO, and global end-users. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to develop, implement, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models for AI-driven projects focused on economic statecraft.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with AI Research Scientists, Data Scientists, and NLP Specialists to integrate machine learning capabilities into AI-driven solutions for knowledge curation and decision-making
• Preprocess and clean data to prepare it for machine learning tasks, ensuring data quality and compatibility with the chosen algorithms
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific challenges in economic statecraft scenarios, such as prediction, classification, and anomaly detection
• Conduct thorough evaluations and testing of machine learning models, optimizing their performance and accuracy
• Implement and deploy machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Work closely with Data Engineers to build data pipelines and ensure smooth data flow for training and inference of machine learning models
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning research and techniques, applying them to enhance the performance and effectiveness of our AI projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of machine learning models into AI-driven solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning, such as Python or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex AI challenges and devise innovative solutions
• Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and data visualization for model development and evaluation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate with team members
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Passion for machine learning and a strong desire to contribute to AI projects that have real-world applications in economic statecraft
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a strong focus on machine learning model development and deployment
• 5 years of experience
• Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques is a plus, though not mandatory
