Shopify Marketing Manager

Support Pets is the parent company of PetPortraits.com, which specializes in creating premium custom pet portraits. The Shopify Marketing Manager will oversee customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and operational execution to drive growth and improve profitability in the ecommerce business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
• Improve CAC, ROAS, AOV, MER, and overall marketing efficiency
• Launch and test new offers, bundles, upsells, seasonal promotions, and campaigns
• Coordinate creative production for ads, landing pages, and performance assets
• Build and optimize influencer, affiliate, and referral programs
• Own email and SMS marketing flows (Klaviyo preferred)
• Manage Shopify storefront performance and merchandising
• Improve conversion rates across PDPs, checkout flows, and funnels
• Coordinate with customer support and fulfillment teams
• Monitor inventory signals, shipping issues, refunds, and customer experience
• Ensure site speed, UX, and merchandising remain optimized
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners effectively
• Build dashboards and track KPIs daily
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities quickly
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance
• Forecast revenue and campaign performance
• Maintain a consistent weekly testing cadence

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in ecommerce growth, operator, or performance marketing roles
• Strong Shopify experience
• Proven experience scaling paid ads profitably
• Deep understanding of funnels, CRO, AOV, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Ability to manage agencies and freelancers independently
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills
• Bias toward action, speed, and accountability
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience working with pet brands
• Experience w/ shopify dev & integrations
• DTC consumer products background
• Experience with subscriptions or continuity offers
• Strong creative instincts
• Copywriting experience
