Market Access Business Analyst

Alchemy is seeking an experienced Market Access Business Analyst with strong expertise in the U.S. Pharmaceutical Market Access domain. The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to support initiatives related to Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, and Market Access Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Market Access initiatives
• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Support Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, GTN, and Government Programs
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
• Support UAT, business validation, and project delivery activities

Requirements:

• 12+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience in U.S. Pharmaceutical Market Access
• Experience with Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Gross-to-Net (GTN)
• Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B programs
• Experience with Managed Care, PBMs, Payers, and Specialty Pharmacy
• Strong requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories, and process mapping skills
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• U.S. Pharmaceutical Market Access: 3 years (Required)
• Model N Revenue Management / Channel Management
• IQVIA (LAAD, Claims, Prescription Data)
• Salesforce or Veeva CRM
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau
• SAP and ERP integration concepts
