AI Product Manager

Auxia is building the agentic marketing platform, leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences. As an AI Product Manager, you will drive transformative growth for enterprise customers by developing tailored strategies and guiding clients through the implementation of Auxia’s AI-driven platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored strategies using Auxia’s AI-driven platform to drive customer engagement, activation, and retention, aligning with each client’s unique goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the platform’s capabilities and helping them achieve measurable, strategic results
• Continuously analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their growth objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Capture and translate customer feature requests into product requirements, and communicate roadmap updates back to customers
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions, empowering clients to fully utilize Auxia’s platform and drive long-term growth
• Support our Forward Deployed Engineers to guide customers through solution design and implementation
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recognizing additional client needs and areas for further partnership expansion
