Account Director

FloVision Solutions is a remote-first startup focused on improving the food supply chain through innovative technology. The Account Director will drive the sales process from pipeline development to customer relationship management, ensuring customer success and supporting revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute top-of-funnel outreach, including identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact pre and post-sale
• Drive account growth through upselling, renewals, and expansion opportunities within existing customers
• Conduct in-person customer visits and site walkthroughs to strengthen relationships and better understand customer needs
• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and design teams to align customer feedback with product development
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer operations, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Represent FloVision with professionalism, authenticity, and credibility in all customer interactions
