Regional Account Manager - Outside Sales

Noraxon is a global leader in biomechanics and human performance technology, seeking a Regional Account Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive sales in the Northeast territory. The role involves managing accounts, generating leads, and providing product demonstrations to clients in the research and rehabilitation markets.

Responsibilities:

• Selling Noraxon products and services to the Research and Rehabilitation Markets, which includes university and hospital research departments, outpatient physical therapy, university sports medicine, and professional sports teams
• Prospecting via networking, cold calling, attending assigned conferences, and lead follow-up
• Provide product demonstrations both in-person and virtual
• Manage sales pipeline including forecasting and moving prospects through the sales process
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and activities through company CRM
• Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory
• Attend assigned trade shows/conferences as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of capital equipment, technical product, office technology, or other complex B2B technology sales experience
• Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding quota
• Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfortable learning and presenting technical products
• Understanding and knowledge of basic AI tools
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• BA/BS Degree
• Must be able to travel 25-50%
• Candidate must currently reside within the Northeast territory (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, AND ME) to be considered
